Sriram started his stint in advertising in O&M (Bangalore) and has the unique distinction of earning a personal-handwritten-appreciation-letter from the legend himself - Sir David Ogilvy.

Sriram ever since has helped build brands, grow organisations into profitable businesses across the country.  From building MTV lifestyle to bringing new perspective to PSU Banks, from partnering healthcare brands to driving the automotive industry, the bandwidth continues to expand now with DTC and fast services.

Having worked on the client's side too, Sriram understands the dynamic aspects and demands on both sides. and arrive at relatable, robust execution strategies. 

When he is not distilling his core strategies, he is often exchanging notes on his preferred single malts and sharing interesting travel tidbits to savour it up.

Has won the Intenational Open Ad Award, the Abbys, Radio Mirchi, Big Bang, and many other awards for creative excellence. Sridhar's love for advertising and marketing began very early when he began rewriting headlines on existing ads after School and winning essay competitions. Writing slogans, love letter on behalf of his friends, treading the inner nooks for Market Research, braving the marketing jobs, and creating scenarios to sell time-share concepts, graduated him before the actual stints in advertising agencies,

A Mechanical Diploma didn't take him to Gulf thankfully as the love for writing quickly got him stints as a copywriter in small agencies and the journey as Senior Writer and Creative Director working with some renowned National Creative Directors across agencies like Lintas, Beehive, Adwit and Brandcomm for over 21 years.

In his current stint as an entrepreneur, Sridhar Matrubai believes that creative ideation and execution are two sides of the same coin, they have highest value when they work in tandem. 

He loves to wear different hats and slip into the consumer's shoes easily to help brands achieve their objectives. When he is not busy trendspotting, he likes to get adventurous, plays tennis-ball cricket, biking across less travelled routes and observing the world while he lazes. 
 

With around 18 years of experience in the field of Communication and Design, Byravi has worked on several graphic design, branding, commissioned art and advertising assignments for a diverse clientele and has successfully provided creative translations of concepts and ideas to support them.

An Alumni of Wigan and Leigh College of Design, she trained with agencies like O&M, LOWE and

J Walter Thompson in Bengaluru while in college. Her previous employers include, Brand-comm, Resource Communications, Adverto Advertising and Aim High Consulting.

A dog lover, a trained singer, dancer, philanthropist, artist and so much more that we get to keep discovering as the day goes.

Young and energetic, Madhuri has the creative bent of mind with focus on execution. A management graduate from Christ University, Madhuri took keen interest in the world of digital . From the way a consumer browses the world from their phones to the way they shop, Madhuri enjoys documenting the evolving behaviour and tries to stay a step ahead. At RBC she helps brands strike the balance in creating a dynamic yet dependable presence online.

Madhuri is also a trained classical singer who teaches music to the aspiring young kids and has put out original music on platforms such as Youtube and Spotify.
