From a small eye clinic in 1940 to one of India's leading eye hospitals, our client had built their brand on reputation and trust. The audience was changing the way people were accessing information had changed. It was a clash between the traditional mindset and the growing digital way of life.

The Challenge:

The Super Speciality Hospital lacked a digital presence and relied heavily on phone calls and walk-ins for appointments.

It called for a complete digital transformation. We began with the website:

  1. Simplify appointment booking: Create a user-friendly system for scheduling appointments online.

  1. Guide patients with clear content flow: Organize information in a logical and easy-to-understand manner.

  2. Introduce the expertise of their doctors: Showcase the specific specialties of each ophthalmologist on staff.

 

The Ask:

Design a user-centric website that would attract new patients, streamline appointment booking, and become a valuable resource for eye care information.

 

Website Design and Content Strategy:

  1. Prioritized Booking: A prominent "Make an appointment" button was placed on the homepage. The booking process was designed to be intuitive, allowing patients to choose their preferred doctor, date, and time slot directly online.

  2. Content Flow: The website was structured with clear navigation menus, categorized information on services offered, and a dedicated "Eye specialists" section.

  3. Doctor Profiles: Each doctor's profile included a picture, bio, and a detailed description of their educational background, areas of expertise, and special procedures they perform. Clear call-to-actions allowed patients to book appointments directly from doctor profiles.

  4. Engaging Content: Informative blog posts on various eye conditions, treatment options, and preventative care were added to the website.

  5. Responsive Design: The website was optimized for all devices (desktop, mobile, tablet) ensuring a seamless user experience.

 

Results:

Increased Online Bookings: Within three months of launch, online bookings accounted for 40% of all appointments.

The luxury of living in the clouds at South Bangalore’s only high-rise apartment – an Award-Winning campaign

THE CHALLENGE:

This 34 floor high-rise needed a strong brand positioning, portraying its uniqueness as a towering beauty, not seen in any part of South Bangalore. The Apartment had 140 large sized premium flats, with a breath-taking view of the landscapes around.

Nestled in the greener part of Kanakapura Road, close to NICE ring road (providing fast exit to the IT and software hubs of Bangalore)  and Turahalli forest, a huge urban reserve forest, a large lung space filled with flora and fauna.

 

THE ASK:

Design a communication program that can grab the attention of premium home buyers, with the propensity to spend over 1 Crore per flat.  They wanted a creative approach to the campaign, that could help the target audience understand the luxury of high-rise living, the project features and USPs better, and call the Marketing team for a FREE site visit.

 

CAMPAIGN DETAILS:

RESULTS:
- Over 250 calls and 120 site visits within one week of launch of project in
   Print and Radio campaign
- Over 1400 site visits over the 3 month campaign period
- Over 100 flats sold– 70% of inventory was liquidated within 12 months of launch

THE CHALLENGE:

Known for their awareness building campaigns on Kidney health, the Hospital needed a fresh new approach to gain the attention of individuals who faced typical symptoms of kidney distress but were unaware that the same symptoms could lead to kidney disease. The Hospital wanted to help such individuals through this campaign and get them to seek medication attention early, avoiding long term kidney complications.

 

THE ASK:

Design a communication program that caught the attention of individuals facing typical symptoms but were not aware of impending health issues OR were just hesitant to take action. They wanted a creative approach to the campaign, that could help individuals understand better and seek instant medical investigation.

 

CAMPAIGN DETAILS:

A well targeted creative approach, to tackle the ignorance and inhibitions around kidney related problems. Connect with all individuals across genders and
grab their attention by stating the obvious in a creative manner. The campaign was supported by a 24/7 call centre to attend calls from these individuals and hand hold them until they get themselves screened for their symptoms.

RESULTS: 

- Over 1500 calls to their Call Centre during campaign period
- Over 700 appointments with specialists during campaign period
- Post-campaign, the call centre received over 500 calls on the same subject

  • The Hospital observed a marked difference in appointments for their Nephrology practice and other specialities connected with Neprho-Urology

  • In-hospital surveys with the patients showed praise & positive word of mouth for the campaign and great rub-off on the brand
